So what now?
Well we could walk around for long periods of time feeling and looking miserable (I'm sure we've all been there or know someone who fits the bill ;) or we can take matter's into our own hands and change the only thing we have control of...ourselves.
See frustration can be like drinking poison and expecting it to kill someone else. So all in all it usually does us no good to get so frustrated that it impacts the way we make decisions. When I'm feeling that way there are several strategies I use to calm my nerves and re-focus.
