As promised I will share a few of my tricks to relieving frustration. Here we go.
- Take a walk or exercise
- Take a warm bath or go for a swim (water can be relaxing)
- Aromatherapy (scented candles or oils)
- Turn to your favourite hobby or learn a new one i.e. gardening, jogging groups
- Volunteer (giving back helps us to appreciate what we have)
- Talk to someone who is a good listener
- Write a journal
