Frustration part 2

Hi Everyone,

As promised I will share a few of my tricks to relieving frustration. Here we go.
  • Take a walk or exercise
  • Take a warm bath or go for a swim (water can be relaxing)
  • Aromatherapy (scented candles or oils)
  • Turn to your favourite hobby or learn a new one i.e. gardening, jogging groups
  • Volunteer (giving back helps us to appreciate what we have)
  • Talk to someone who is a good listener
  • Write a journal
Depending on the day and the reason for frustration these may be just what you need to feel a little better. Feel free to post what works for you. Until next time : )
